Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage day-to-day operations for the BAS field service team
Coordinate service response with clients and internal project managers
Assign technicians based on skillset, workload, and service priority
Track and update service calls, dispatch schedules, and performance metrics
Serve as the main escalation point for complex BAS/BMS service situations
Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor new field technicians
Implement SOPs to improve response time, workflow, and service quality
Support commissioning, startup, and functional testing of BMS systems
Troubleshoot controller, network, and sequence-related issues
Adjust wire sheet logic, modify programming, and update documentation
Verify sequence of operations and maintain commissioning records
Provide customer training on BAS functionality, usage, and maintenance best practices
