We're looking for a Service Manager who runs an efficient, customer-first department and builds the team behind it. At Graff Auto Campus, our leaders coach, train, and mentor, so technicians and advisors grow, stay, and become future leaders.
Transparent Pay and Benefits
- $90,000–$150,000 per year, paid bi-weekly

What You'll Do
- Manage all aspects of the service department
- Lead, coach, and develop technicians, advisors, and staff, with clear career paths for each role
- Deliver timely, quality service for every customer
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Resolve customer questions and concerns
- Recognize wins and drive a positive, accountable shop culture
- Support recruiting and onboarding of new service team members
What You Bring
- Previous automotive service management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a coaching mindset
- Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Excellent customer service
- Detail-oriented and organized
