We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a large-scale heavy-duty service operation in Chattanooga, TN. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving shop performance, team development, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business success.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Leading all service operations and shop performance
• Managing workflow, productivity, and multiple departments
• Driving P&L performance and operational goals
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing technicians and staff
• Building strong customer, vendor, and subcontractor relationships
• Recruiting and onboarding new talent
• Supporting new business growth and customer onboarding
• Reviewing costs, inventory, and vendor pricing opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven leadership experience managing large service operations
• Direct P&L management experience
• Strong background in heavy-duty diesel service environments
• Experience leading large teams in fast-paced operations
• Ability to think strategically from a business operations perspective
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
