Compensation: $150,000 – $200,000+ (base + performance bonuses)

What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop a talented team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Oversee daily service operations, including workflow, scheduling, and quality control
- Drive key performance metrics: customer satisfaction (CSI), productivity, labor sales, and profitability
- Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service experiences that turn one-time visitors into lifelong clients
- Manage warranty claims, parts inventory coordination, and manufacturer compliance
- Collaborate with sales, parts, and leadership teams to maximize dealership performance
- Implement process improvements and best practices in a high-volume environment
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or strong Assistant Service Manager in an automotive dealership (Ford/Lincoln or CDJR experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and people-development skills
- Deep understanding of dealership service operations, fixed operations metrics, and manufacturer processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to hit the ground running and contribute immediately to our growth
- High integrity, positive attitude, and a results-driven mindset
