We're seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to launch and lead our new residential plumbing division.

This is a unique opportunity to build a department from the ground up. You'll combine hands-on plumbing work with leadership responsibilities, helping create operational procedures, deliver outstanding customer service, and develop a high-performing plumbing team. Working directly with company ownership, you'll have significant influence over hiring, training, department standards, and long-term growth.

Compensation: $85, 000 - $120,000 annually (based on experience) plus performance bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work during busy seasons

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and replacements
• Oversee the daily operations of the plumbing department
• Develop service procedures, pricing guidelines, and operating standards
• Deliver exceptional customer experience on every job
• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch to improve productivity
• Review completed jobs for workmanship, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Recruit, train, mentor, and support plumbing technicians
• Assist in expanding the plumbing team as the department grows
• Partner with leadership to achieve company goals
• Promote a culture focused on safety, professionalism, and quality
• Track department performance and implement accountability measures

Qualifications:

• Extensive residential plumbing experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Minimum of five years of residential plumbing experience
• Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace
• Comfortable using technology; ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
