Responsibilities:
- Make workplace safety the top priority by enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Build and develop a superior team by hiring the best associates and providing necessary training.
- Ensure all associates are certified and on a structured career path through coaching sessions.
- Manage facility and equipment maintenance to comply with safety and environmental standards.
- Prepare the location, service desk, and equipment daily for business operations.
