Experienced Service Plumber Wanted

An established plumbing company in the Roanoke area is looking for an experienced Service Plumber to join its growing team.

This position is ideal for a plumber who is confident diagnosing problems, completing quality service work, and communicating directly with customers. You''ll handle service calls from diagnosis through completion with the tools, vehicle, and support needed to succeed.

What You''ll Do

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing problems
• Complete plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
• Service water heaters, toilets, faucets, fixtures, disposals, piping, and related systems
• Identify leaks, drainage concerns, and other plumbing issues
• Explain findings and recommended solutions to customers
• Prepare estimates and present service options
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Communicate with dispatch and office staff throughout the day
• Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and equipment
• Follow plumbing codes, safety procedures, and company quality standards

What We''re Looking For

• 2+ years of plumbing service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with plumbing repairs, replacements, and installations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
• Dependable, organized, and committed to quality workmanship
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record
• Flexibility for overtime and on-call needs when required

A plumbing license is preferred but not required for candidates with strong service plumbing experience.
