Service Porter

In this role, you will support daily operations by assisting with vehicle movement, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and providing courteous assistance to customers and team members. Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Move, park, and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently
• Assist with transporting vehicles between service areas as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive, lot, and work areas
• Support service advisors, technicians, and other team members with daily tasks
• Keep vehicles presentable by checking for basic cleanliness and appearance
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Provide general assistance to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the workday
