What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional, personalized guest experiences through high-quality services in your area of licensure.
- Maintain current Texas licensure and follow all requirements established by TDLR and/or the Texas Department of Health and Human Services.
- Uphold the highest sanitation standards and strictly follow manufacturer instructions for all chemicals, tools, and products.
- Contribute to a fun, collaborative, and professional team environment focused on guest satisfaction and team success.
- Use in-salon systems like Vish to accurately measure and track chemical usage, ensuring cost transparency and client trust.
- Educate guests on appropriate retail products and at-home care to support their wellness and beauty goals.
- Actively build your business through rebooking, referrals, waitlist management, and client engagement.
- Participate in in-house education, meetings, off-site events, and department development opportunities.
- For Associates: engage fully in our structured training program and work toward building your book through Opportunity Days and performance goals.
What We Look For:
- A valid Texas license for your specialty (Cosmetology, Esthetics, Massage Therapy, or Nails).
