Summary
Seeking a Service Quality Engineer to support new product development, sustaining changes, and quality system activities for capital equipment in the medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Support service quality activities for new product launches and sustaining changes.

• Prepare and maintain service plans, work instructions, checklists, and risk analyses.

• Support product release reviews, NCEPs, CAPAs, and quality investigations.

• Provide quality guidance to Service Support and Customer Care teams.

• Support QMS changes, change control, technical reviews, and service documentation.

• Ensure service records and quality data are accurate and compliant.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably in Quality Engineering or Service Quality.

• Hands-on experience with CAPA, nonconformance/NCEP, change control, and QMS.

• Experience preparing and reviewing quality documentation, SOPs, and work instructions.

• Familiarity with capital equipment, field service, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service documentation.

• Strong technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
