Service Renewal Representative

The Service Renewal Representative at Hach is responsible for selling and renewing products, systems, and services to customers in a defined territory, primarily through telephone or electronic channels. The role involves lead qualification, prospecting, and managing large, specialty contracts, including quoting, follow-ups, and updates. Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least two years of sales or tele-sales experience in a business-to-business environment. Experience with outbound calls and strong knowledge of Salesforce, Oracle, and Microsoft Office are preferred. The position is based in Loveland, Colorado, with a hybrid work arrangement (three days in the office). The compensation range is $25.00-$28.00 per hour, with eligibility for bonus pay and comprehensive benefits.
