As a Service & Repair Technician Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for providing exceptional service and repair solutions to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of service and repair operations, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be key in diagnosing and resolving complex issues.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on the success of our organization by delivering high-quality service and repair solutions to our customers. You will be accountable for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of equipment and systems. Your attention to detail and dedication to excellence will contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our service and repair operations.

Key Responsibilities

    • 1st shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
    • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
    • Configure and deploy customers' handheld products
    • Actively participate in all aspects of the Configuration and Deployment department as required
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives in the lab, including process enhancement, variation reduction, cycle time reduction, and cost savings
    • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Demonstrate urgency, strong attention to detail, and effective teamwork skills

MUST HAVE

    • Associate degree, technical college diploma, or bachelor's degree in engineering
    • Minimum of 1 year experience with mobility devices and general network knowledge
    • At least 1 year experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet browsers
    • Valid driver's license
    • Proficiency in installing software, configuring, and troubleshooting iOS and Android devices
