Location: Albuquerque, NM

Pay Range: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate service technicians throughout the day
• Schedule customer appointments and update dispatch records
• Manage service tickets and customer information
• Coordinate return visits and special-order parts
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling and updates
• Support service operations and assist office team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of dispatching, customer service, or coordination experience
• HVAC, plumbing, or related industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and team-focused attitude

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
