Responsibilities:
- Safely transport service guests to and from local destinations in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
- Greet customers promptly upon arrival to the service drive and assist with initial vehicle check-in
- Move, park, and stage customer and dealership vehicles efficiently across the lot to support shop workflow
- Coordinate closely with service advisors, dispatchers, and technicians to keep the service lane clear and moving
- Assist with light vehicle wash/vacuum prep before returning vehicles to customers
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and fuel level of the dealership shuttle vehicle
- Keep the service drive, parking areas, and customer drop-off zones clean, organized, and free of debris
- Support other team members with lot and facility duties as needed to keep the department running smoothly
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Must be able to pass a standard background check
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working on your feet in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Prior lot attendant, porter, or delivery/transport experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate
