Quinn Cat Power Systems is looking for a strong leader to help drive the continued growth and success of our Advanced Electrical team!

Your technical knowledge matters and so does how you support your people. In this role, you'll lead, mentor and develop skilled technicians working on critical power systems, including generator controls, switchgear, automatic transfer switches (ATS), paralleling systems and electrical power distribution.

Working alongside our Service Manager and Service Coordinators, you'll help technicians solve complex electrical challenges, deliver quality work and keep customers informed.

Wages

Starting wage will depend on experience and education. $71,000- $110,000

Responsibilities

• Build a team culture rooted in safety, teamwork, accountability and respect.

• Schedule and assign work, support troubleshooting and monitor repair quality.

• Coach technicians and ensure they have the training and tools to succeed.

• Review repair estimates, work orders, parts and labor for accuracy.

• Strengthen customer relationships through clear communication and reliable service.

Qualifications

A strong background in advanced electrical systems and power generation, technical problem-solving skills and a commitment to developing others. Prior supervisory experience is preferred.

An associate degree or certificate in a business/technical discipline and/or eight to ten years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
