    Description

    Job Summary:
    Jim Norton Ford is currently seeking a full-time Service Technician to join our team in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of skilled labor tasks related to automotive repair and maintenance. This is a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. *Sign on bonus for qualified candidates.

    Responsibilities:
    - Diagnose and repair vehicles utilizing appropriate tools and equipment
    - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
    - Identify and communicate any additional repairs or services needed to customers
    - Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used
    - Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities
    - Maintain a clean and organized work area
    - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

    Requirements:
    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Automotive technical training and/or experience
    - Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
    - Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
    - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
    - Strong communication and customer service skills
    - ASE certifications preferred but not required
    - Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
