Service Technician

TRC Talent Solutions is looking for a Service Tech in Pelham, AL

Job Summary: The service Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all mechanical equipment in the Pelham, AL territory

Details:

• Pay: $35-40 BOE

Job Duties:

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment at the Pelham branch.

• Travel with a company provided truck and tools to perform on-site services and repairs on mechanical equipment throughout the territory.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and determine the most effective repair solutions.
• Perform equipment testing and ensure repairs meet safety and operational standards.
• Complete service documentation and communicate repair recommendations to customers and management.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment, both in the shop and in the field.
• Work collaboratively with Branch Managers and other Jet-Vac team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Represent Jet-Vac professionally during customer interactions and service visits.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical equipment repair experience is required.

• Prior experience in the industrial equipment industry, municipality industry, or a similar industry is a plus.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Good driving record and ability to obtain a DOT medical card. CDL would be a plus but not required.
