Service Technician - (Intrusion, Burg, Access Control, CCTV)

Position Overview FSS Technologies is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented technician to assist with the service of cutting-edge fire and security systems. This is your opportunity to develop your career in a fast-growing, mission-driven company dedicated to protecting lives and property.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the service of security and fire systems hardware.

Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.

Assist in creating documentation and reports for security assessments and audits.

Accurately maintain inventory records for all hardware.

Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to support requests promptly and professionally, ensuring user satisfaction.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

3+ years of experience in a service role supporting fire systems, security systems, access control systems, and CCTV systems.

Experience servicing Intrusion, Access Control, and CCTV systems.

Physical Requirements

Capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Comfortable working in various environments, including client sites and on ladders.

Must be able to work at heights.

Must be able to work in all weather conditions.

Training: On-the-job training and career advancement opportunities. Company Car: Technicians are eligible for a company vehicle after 90 days of service, and it is based on availability
