Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of vehicles, including Lincoln models.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as fluid changes and inspections.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and address vehicle problems.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and accurate repairs.
• Uphold dealership standards for quality and client services

Requirements

• A clean and valid Driver's License is REQUIRED
• A minimum of 3 years Ford/Lincoln experience required
• ASE Certification
• ASE 8 Engine Performance Certification
• Strong diagnostic and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and network abilities
