Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and controls.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

• Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations for future service.

• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repairs needed, and maintenance plans.

• Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and company protocols.

• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service needs.

• Assist in mentoring junior technicians and apprentices when needed.
