Job Summary:
As a Service Technician, you are a key member of our team responsible for assisting the Lead Service Technician. You also develop new customers by identifying opportunities to sell additional work.
Responsibilities:
- Performs duct cleaning at residential locations
- Helps the Lead Service Technician set up
- Demonstrates professional knowledge of all company products and services
- Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
- Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service
- Work well with other team members and perform assigned duties at a high level
- Helps the Lead Service Technician breakdown after services are completed
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be 21 years old for insurance purposes
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to access crawl spaces and attics
- Must be able to work nights and weekends occasionally
- Must be able to travel out of town occasionally
