Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite routine service including installation, maintenance, and repair
• Ensure field services are effective and customer requirements are met
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, or letter
• File and record product failures
• Respond to emergency repair orders from customers in a timely manner
• Service and clean company supplied vehicle
• Repair complex and significant work orders with expertise
• Work flexible hours; including nights and weekends with possible overnight stay
