Based in the Savannah, GA region, this full-time, field-based position travels daily to service residential and commercial jobsites, supporting installations, repairs, and warranty issues. Your expertise and professionalism ensure every project meets the highest standards and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Perform field repairs on scratches, chips, and stains
• Make seam and installation adjustments as needed
• Modify cutouts for appliances, sinks, faucets, and accessories
• Troubleshoot construction, renovation, and installation challenges
• Maintain finished areas meticulously clean and professional
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, even in challenging situations
• Take photos to accurately document work and adjustments
• Collaborate with builder warranty managers to build positive relationships and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 23 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
• 3–7 years of construction, service, or installation experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients, builders, and teammates
• Organized, timely, and able to manage multiple appointments efficiently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mobile, field-based environment
• Physically able to perform tasks including stooping, crouching, lifting up to 100 lbs, and repetitive motions

Physical & Work Environment

• Field-based work traveling daily to jobsites
• Work primarily from a company vehicle for efficiency
• Exposure to construction, renovation, and installation environments
• Maintain professional appearance and follow all safety requirements, including PPE and hard hats
• Utilize laptop and phone camera to document and communicate effectively
