What You’ll Do- Perform field repairs on scratches, chips, and stains
- Make seam and installation adjustments as needed
- Modify cutouts for appliances, sinks, faucets, and accessories
- Troubleshoot construction, renovation, and installation challenges
- Maintain finished areas meticulously clean and professional
- Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, even in challenging situations
- Take photos to accurately document work and adjustments
- Collaborate with builder warranty managers to build positive relationships and outcomes
What We’re Looking For- Must be 23 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license
- 3–7 years of construction, service, or installation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally with clients, builders, and teammates
- Organized, timely, and able to manage multiple appointments efficiently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, mobile, field-based environment
- Physically able to perform tasks including stooping, crouching, lifting up to 100 lbs, and repetitive motions
Physical & Work Environment- Field-based work traveling daily to jobsites
- Work primarily from a company vehicle for efficiency
- Exposure to construction, renovation, and installation environments
- Maintain professional appearance and follow all safety requirements, including PPE and hard hats
- Utilize laptop and phone camera to document and communicate effectively
