In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, personal watercraft, and other powersports vehicles. This role is for a skilled technician who can work independently with minimal supervision from day one.DutiesPerform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire installation, fluid services, and filter replacementsDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, fuel, and drivability concernsConduct vehicle inspections and identify potential issues or safety concernsUse diagnostic equipment, power tools, and specialized service tools to complete repairsAssemble and disassemble vehicle components as neededComplete manufacturer-required service procedures and warranty repairsMaintain accurate repair orders and documentationProvide excellent customer service by explaining repair recommendations and findings when neededSkills & QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a powersports or related mechanical technician (required)Demonstrated experience working on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWC, or similar equipment (required)Experience with suspension components, steering systems, and drivetrain repairsProficiency in routine maintenance and major mechanical repairs without close supervisionAbility to diagnose and repair issues using diagnostic equipment and service manualsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using power tools and specialized service equipmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsASE or manufacturer certifications a plusPlease include in your application: years of relevant experience, brands/equipment you've worked on, and any certifications held.Compensation is performance and experience based.If you're a skilled technician looking for a career with growth potential, competitive pay, and a team that values your experience, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and join the Friendly Powersports team!
