In this full-time role, youll help keep our 359-unit apartment community meeting company standards, resident expectations, and compliance requirements - with plenty of variety in your day and a team that pulls together.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Base Pay: $19.50 - $22.50 per hour
• Up to 50% Rent Discount
• Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions

• On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

As the Service Technician, You Will:

• Troubleshoot and complete service requests including, but not limited to, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
• Stay ahead of breakdowns with preventative maintenance and day-to-day property upkeep
• Complete make-readies and help keep curb appeal and community appearance sharp
• Maintain interior and exterior areas in line with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws
• Respond quickly and professionally to service requests and resident concerns
• Keep residents, office staff, and maintenance leadership informed on repairs and updates

HVAC/EPA/CFC certifications are preferred but not required - well support you in earning them.

Hours & Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Paid rotating on-call participation required
• Must be available and prepared for emergency events as needed

What Well Expect From You

• Active, valid drivers license and a personal vehicle
• HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred, but not required
• One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Someone who follows through on what they promise and stands behind the quality of every repair
