If you can commit to showing up for customers and giving your best every day, keep reading to learn more about joining us!THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN:Visiting customers' homes to inspect, diagnose, and service residential HVAC and refrigeration systemsServing clients throughout Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Lower Valley, and YakimaPerforming repairs, replacements, seasonal tune-ups, and preventative maintenance on boilers, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioning units, etc.Accurately diagnosing issues and professionally explaining service options to customersProperly installing and replacing parts like motors, compressors, contactors, and thermostatsFollowing EPA protocols to check refrigerant levels, handle refrigerants, and check for leaksTesting equipment to ensure efficient operation and safety complianceMaintaining your work vehicle's tool inventoryFully documenting your work activities and parts usedPromptly responding to emergency calls as they ariseProfessionally representing our company and doing the best you can for customersService Technician Qualifications:Current Washington State 06A or O6B electrician licenseMechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of heating and air conditioning systems, electrical parts, and refrigeration principlesAbility to accurately interpret wiring diagrams and technical manualsAbility to work independently and in various weather conditionsCommunication and customer service skillsOrganizational skills and efficient time management abilitiesValid driver's license and a clean driving recordNeat and professional appearancePREFERRED - EPA certificationWHAT WE'RE OFFERING:Pay: Wages start at $20.00/hour, and you can earn incentives for selling additional HVAC workSchedule: Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
