Harbor Chevrolet Service Valet / Greeter

Position Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Service Valet/Greeter to join our team at our Long Beach dealership. This role is essential to creating a welcoming and efficient service experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is professional, punctual, and enjoys working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival to the service drive
  • Assist customers with check-in procedures and direct them to appropriate service advisors
  • Safely move and park customer vehicles in designated areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service drive and customer waiting areas
  • Retrieve customer vehicles upon service completion
  • Assist with shuttle service or vehicle delivery as needed
  • Provide general support to service advisors and technicians
  • Ensure a positive and professional dealership image at all times

Qualifications:

  • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
  • Previous customer service or valet experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
