About the Role

Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is seeking a Full-Time Service Valet to join our team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable automotive experience while providing exceptional customer service and supporting the daily operations of our busy service team. Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive and direct them to their Service Advisor
• Drive customer vehicles safely between the service lane, service stalls, and parking areas
• Assist with vehicle flow throughout the Service Department to maintain an organized service operation.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, including checking gas, oil, water, and tire pressure
• Provide complimentary vehicle washes as requested
• Maintain inventory of service supplies, including key tags, floor mats, and seat covers
• Keep the service drive and surrounding work areas clean, organized, and customer-ready
• Demonstrate dependability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to support the team as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Neat and clean professional appearance
• Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
