Job Description
Pay rate is $90 to $100 per hour
3 days onsite and 2 days remote

- Lead ServiceNow architecture and delivery for workflow automation, AI Agent-enabled processes, and enterprise BPO solutions, translating business requirements into scalable platform designs.
- Provide hands-on expertise across ServiceNow configuration, JavaScript scripting, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, APIs, security roles, data models, testing, and release management.
- Design and govern integrations between ServiceNow and Azure AI services, REST/SOAP APIs, SAP, data platforms, RPA solutions, and other enterprise systems, including data mapping, authentication, logging, and error handling.
- Establish and enforce development standards, SDLC practices, code/configuration reviews, source control, testing, deployment, and release governance across development, UAT, and production.
- Review vendor and offshore-developed solutions for quality, security, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with architecture standards while reducing external dependency.
- Lead knowledge transfer, documentation, mentoring, and development of reusable ServiceNow standards, runbooks, patterns, and internal engineering capabilities.
