Position Overview
The ServiceNow & Armis Security Implementation Analyst serves as a primary technical advisor, platform configurator, and cybersecurity implementation specialist supporting Zenith’s federal delivery team. This role is responsible for deploying, integrating, securing, and optimizing the unified ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) and Armis Centrix cyber exposure management platforms across highly secure federal, Department of Defense (DoD), and Intelligence Community environments.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with federal stakeholders to facilitate discovery workshops, gather requirements, and translate mission objectives into user stories and workflow designs.

  • Design and implement integration of Armis real-time agentless discovery data with the ServiceNow CMDB using IRE and CSDM.

  • Configure and optimize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Incident Response (SIR), Configuration Compliance, Threat Intelligence, and related SecOps capabilities.

  • Configure MID Servers, IntegrationHub spokes, REST/SOAP integrations, and API connections with Armis, Splunk, Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, and other security tools.

  • Implement vulnerability prioritization utilizing CVSS, EPSS, asset criticality, and business risk scoring.

  • Support Zero Trust Architecture initiatives, Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM), and CMMC-aligned cybersecurity programs.

  • Ensure compliance with NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, DISA STIGs, RMF, and ATO requirements.

  • Develop security dashboards, Performance Analytics reports, KPIs, and executive reporting.


Mandatory Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

  • CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years supporting federal, defense, or regulated enterprise cybersecurity implementations

  • Minimum 3 years supporting ServiceNow SecOps, ITOM, or cybersecurity platform implementations

  • JavaScript and Glide API development experience

  • REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML integration experience

  • Working knowledge of Linux (RHEL/CentOS)

  • Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow CIS certification in Vulnerability Response, Security Incident Response, ITSM, or ITOM

  • ITIL v4 Foundation

  • Master’s degree in a technical discipline

  • Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility

  • Experience implementing or administering Armis Centrix or similar CAASM/Cyber Exposure platforms

  • Experience with agentless asset discovery technologies

  • Advanced Python scripting and Docker container experience

  • Knowledge of Splunk architecture, firewall technologies, and network routing

  • Experience with Zero Trust Architecture, MITRE ATT&CK, CDM, RMF, and CMMC initiatives

  • Experience supporting DoD, DHS, Intelligence Community, or other federal agencies
