ServiceNow Developer (GRC/IRM Developer) - Mid
4 to 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development with exposure to Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) / Integrated Risk Management (IRM) implementations.
Hands-on experience working with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM).
Experience configuring and maintaining ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions in support of business, compliance, and operational requirements.
Understanding of risk and control frameworks, compliance assessments, policy management, and audit processes.
Familiarity with mapping risks, controls, policies, and compliance requirements to CMDB entities and business services.
Working knowledge of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) concepts.
Experience developing ServiceNow solutions using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and JavaScript.
Experience configuring ServiceNow applications using out-of-the-box capabilities while minimizing customizations.
Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, data model, security, and development best practices.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, or MID Server technologies.
Familiarity with role-based access controls (RBAC), platform security, and compliance reporting requirements.
Experience supporting risk assessments, control testing, compliance activities, audit management, and remediation tracking processes.
Ability to create and maintain dashboards, reports, Performance Analytics indicators, and risk/compliance metrics.
Experience participating in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve platform and application issues.
Experience preparing technical documentation, configuration documents, knowledge articles, and support materials.
Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, security teams, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities while adhering to ServiceNow best practices.
Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, development, testing, and technical reviews.
Provide application support, incident resolution, and enhancement recommendations for existing ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementations.
Ensure developed solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and maintainability requirements.
Work closely with senior developers, architects, and project teams to deliver successful GRC/IRM implementations.
Stay updated with new ServiceNow features and recommend improvements to enhance platform capabilities and user experience.
