Description
Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Developer
Location: Remote + 10%-20% Travel in month (2-3 Days) to DC (Expenses Paid)
Duration: 6-9 Months
Job Description
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including HR Case Management, Employee Center, and Knowledge Management.
Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, integrations, and custom applications to support HR processes.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and implement best practices on the ServiceNow platform.
Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with third-party systems (Workday, Azure AD, LDAP, SAP, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD, JavaScript, Service Portal/Employee Center, Flow Designer, and Agile development methodologies.
