ServiceNow PMO Manager

Location: Hybrid (UK)

Salary: Up to £75,000 + Benefits

Type: Permanent

This is a key position within the organisation, responsible for overseeing PMO governance, portfolio reporting, resource planning and delivery support across a range of ServiceNow projects and programmes. You'll work closely with senior leadership, project managers, consultants and customers to ensure successful delivery across the business.

The role would suit someone who has previous experience operating within a ServiceNow PMO, Programme Office or Portfolio Management function, ideally within a ServiceNow Partner, consultancy or professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop PMO processes, governance and reporting standards.
• Oversee portfolio-level tracking across multiple ServiceNow projects and programmes.
• Support project and programme managers with planning, reporting and delivery controls.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies and escalations.
• Coordinate resource planning and utilisation across consulting and technical teams.
• Produce regular management information and executive-level reporting.
• Support project forecasting, capacity planning and financial tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across PMO and delivery functions.
• Ensure consistency in delivery methodologies and best practices.
• Work closely with delivery leadership to provide visibility across project health, resource demand and future pipeline.

Experience Required

• Previous experience as a PMO Manager, PMO Lead, Programme Office Manager, Portfolio Manager or similar.
• Experience working within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of PMO governance, project controls and portfolio management.
• Experience supporting multiple concurrent customer-facing projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience producing senior management reporting and delivery metrics.
• Strong organisational and planning capabilities.

Desireable Experience

• Experience working for a ServiceNow Partner or consultancy.
• Exposure to ServiceNow implementation and transformation programmes.
• Understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps and IRM.
• Experience with resource management, utilisation reporting and project forecasting.
• PRINCE2, MSP, P3O, Agile or similar certifications.
