Job Description

Job Title: ServiceNow Portal Developer

Duration- Fulltime Permanent

Location: Remote (Travel to Charlotte, NC)

Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • 8+ years of experience working in ServiceNow and at least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow Portal development with Angular JS.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Service Portal solutions and custom widgets.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly portal interfaces using AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.
  • Develop and customize Service Portal Widgets, Themes, Pages, and CSS styling.
  • Integrate Service Portal with ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, CSM, etc.,
  • Develop server-side and client-side scripts to support portal functionality.
  • Create and consume REST/SOAP APIs for external system integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and UX teams to translate requirements into portal solutions.
  • Experience developing UI Policies and Client Scripts, Script Includes, Business Rules, JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Review solution designs for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform standards.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
