Job Description

Excelraise, LLC is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Software Architect / Administrator for a 12-month contract with the South Carolina Department of Administration (SC ADMIN) in Columbia, SC.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow platform management and development, ITSM/ITIL frameworks, PowerShell scripting, server API development, workflow automation, and cloud and third-party integrations. This is a fully onsite position offering an opportunity to enhance enterprise ServiceNow environments and improve IT service delivery.Manage and maintain ServiceNow Development, Test, and Production environments.

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Configure and enhance ServiceNow forms, workflows, integrations, and self-service features.
  • Implement ITSM processes and ITIL best practices.
  • Develop server APIs and use PowerShell for scripting and automation.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with cloud platforms and third-party applications.
  • Support workflow automation and multi-cloud resource provisioning.
  • Gather technical requirements and collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to engineering team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration, development, and platform management.
  • Knowledge of ITSM concepts and hands-on ITIL implementation.
  • Experience with server API development, PowerShell, and cloud integrations.
  • Understanding of workflow automation and third-party system integrations.
  • Strong communication, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of ITIL implementation experience, OR an associate degree in a related field with 4 years of ITIL implementation experience
