Seeking a ServiceNow System Administrator to support a critical telecom platform in Plano, TX. This role will be responsible for maintaining platform stability, providing production support, managing access and security, executing releases, and supporting workflow automation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on ServiceNow administration experience along with knowledge of 4G/5G technologies and Wireless RAN environments.

Administer and configure the ServiceNow platform and applications.
Manage platform functionality, including plugins and environments.
Manage user access, passwords, and security controls.
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system stability.
Execute release activities, including moving code to production.
Develop and manage workflow automations and ServiceNow processes.
Support processes such as Incident Management (IM), Chatbot, and related platform capabilities.
Monitor platform performance and provide feedback on SLA and performance metrics.
Track and report ticket trends to customers and internal teams.
Support governance, change management, and compliance activities.
Partner with telecom engineers, architects, and process leaders on deployments and platform improvements.
Drive continuous improvement across ServiceNow platform operations.

3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow System Administration experience.
ServiceNow CSA certification required.
Experience with CMDB and/or CSDM.
Exposure to ServiceNow integrations and broader platform capabilities.
Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
Strong knowledge of 4G and 5G technologies.
Understanding of 4G/5G Wireless RAN networks is a plus.
Strong presentation skills, including intermediate to advanced MS PowerPoint proficiency.
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
Master's or graduate degree in a related field.
Ability to support a critical platform in a 24/7 operational environment.
