Deep knowledge and experience in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM modules Experience in developing workflows, customizing forms in ServiceNow Experience in ServiceNow VA and Now Assist Experience in integrating ServiceNow with monitoring, AI Ops and automation tools (PagerDuty, Ansible) Understanding of on-prem and AWS Infra/application components to Integrate and execute automations Understanding of monitoring and AI Ops tools

Salary Range-$100,000-$120,000 a year
