ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM.
Technical leadership and end-to-end implementation experience.
ITIL process definition and architecture/integration solutions.
ServiceNow migrations, upgrades, consolidations, and third-party integrations.
Requirements gathering, estimation, troubleshooting, and project management.
Customer and team management; Agile/Scrum methodology.
Certifications: ServiceNow CSA, Implementation Specialist, and ITIL V3 Foundation.
