Your Role
Akkodis is seeking an ServiceNow Technical Developer for a Contract with a client in Austin, TX (Remote). The ideal candidate will design, configure, and enhance scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform while driving workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
Rate Range: $68/Hour to $75/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
ServiceNow Technical Developer Responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide API, and platform configuration tools.
Build and maintain custom workflows, integrations, and automations using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Configure and manage CMDB data models, business rules, and process workflows to support operational efficiency.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI-powered agents, including design, testing, and ongoing optimization.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and peer reviews to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical documentation, and support Agile project execution.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation.
Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HRSD, CSM, ITAM, and SAM, including workflow automation and platform customization.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required; exposure to Now Assist, Gen-AI, and AI-driven solutions preferred.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $75.00 per hour
