Pay Rate Range: $70-80

Duration: 6 months

Role Description:

The ServiceNow Technical Developer will design, configure, and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, on any of the ServiceNow modules. This role requires strong technical expertise, scripting skills, and experience in implementing complex workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Development & Configuration

Platform configuration and customization (JS, GlideScript)

CMDB foundation setup, population and data modeling

Flow Design for custom workflows or integrations

Now Assist skills and Agentic AI flow design

Exposure in building ServiceNow agents, ServiceNow platform configuration, or technical design concepts

AI ‐ enabled delivery, configuration, testing, and quality practices

Comfortable performing peer reviews, smoke testing, and troubleshooting technical issues

Ability to collaborate across EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams in a fast ‐ paced, pilot ‐ driven environment

Strong documentation and problem ‐ solving skills

Business rule design and process analysis

Test execution, defect triage and resolution

Development & Enhancement of AI Agent Products

Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI Agent products, including:

• Technical Design Agents
• Configuration (Config) Agent
• AI Testing and Quality ‐ focused agents
• Support ongoing refinement of agent logic, prompts, and behaviors to improve accuracy, reliability, and usability.
• Works to PACE playbooks Consultantly
• Clear written updates and status reporting
• Proactive risk flagging to Project ManagerQuality & Compliance
• Adhere to coding standards and ServiceNow best practices.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and security guidelines.

Integration

Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.

Ensure secure and scalable integration with external systems (CRM, ERP).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

3-6 years in ServiceNow development, with hands-on ITOM/HRSD/CSM/ITAM and SAM implementation experience.

Now Assist/Gen-AI exposure

Technical Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML, CSS, Jelly, and AngularJS.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and configuration.

Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration.

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory.

Certified Implementation Specialist - ITAM - Preferred.

Certified Application Developer (CAD) - Good to have.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
