Pay Range: $90 - $95/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage key client projects by effectively communicating with project team members, management, and stakeholders on status, issues, risks, and objectives through clear documentation and meetings.
• Provide delivery quality oversight and guidance for client engagements, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Own and manage the operational relationship with assigned clients, including the creation and tracking of relationship roadmaps.
• Proactively contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and standards within the organization.
• Collaborate with Professional Services Practice Teams and Sales Account Teams to support project scoping, estimating work, and creating delivery proposals.
• Work with customers, system integrators, and technology vendors on project pursuits and progress.
• Provide guidance on resolving customer-specific project challenges and manage escalations effectively.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve our offerings.
• Identify areas for process improvements within both the client and the organization.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in a Services Delivery role (or similar capacity) dealing with complex, technical implementation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering on revenue targets, with the ability to prioritize multiple, complex projects simultaneously.
• Direct experience in the Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud field.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate effectively to both business and technical audiences, including senior-level executives.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to translate complex concepts across multiple groups.
• Bonus Points: Experience in a client support and advisory technical role (Solution Architect, System Administrator, Technical Account Manager, or equivalent).
