Service Technician – Electronic Security Systems

We’re looking for a hands-on Service Technician to join a well-established national provider of electronic security solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the field, troubleshooting technical issues, working directly with customers, and owning service calls from diagnosis through resolution.

What You’ll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial security systems
• Work with CCTV/video surveillance, access control, intrusion/alarm systems, and low-voltage equipment
• Diagnose hardware, wiring, connectivity, and system issues in the field
• Perform testing, repairs, programming, and system maintenance
• Communicate with customers throughout service calls and explain completed work
• Document service activity and maintain accurate records
• Travel locally to customer sites throughout the assigned territory

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience troubleshooting, installing, servicing, or maintaining electronic security or low-voltage systems
• Experience with CCTV, access control, alarm/intrusion systems, structured cabling, or related technology
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable working independently in a field-service environment
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to customer locations
