What's a Session Stylist?

Session Stylists are licensed cosmetologists and nail technicians, aka the heart of what we do. As a Session Stylist, you'll work in a fast paced, team environment with a guaranteed hourly wage, commission and gratuity incentives, and the best products and tools, armed with dedicated, hands-on and web-based training. You'll also get opportunities you can't get anywhere else - you can choose to pursue paths on our Bridal Team, as a Trainer, or even part of our leadership team.

Qualifications & Physical Requirements:

• An enthusiastic attitude and a strong worth ethic
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to perform administrative tasks on web-based software, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties
• Standing for sustained periods of time and frequently lifting up to 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds
• Continuous grasping and reaching, often above shoulder level, repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists and arms
• Ability to communicate with guest regarding services offered and requested and the guest’s needs and wants
