This position works closely with customer field representatives to coordinate tool-related tasks and support efficient operations. Responsibilities include tool maintenance, cleaning, disassembly, rebuilding, recycling program documentation, equipment preparation, and customer support.Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the pickup and delivery of Cyclops Setting Tools, ensuring timely and efficient service.Wash, disassemble, and rebuild Fortress Cyclops Setting Tools according to work instructions and under supervision.Use iFortress software to document and report activities for the Fortress Cyclops Recycling Program.Ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition and readily available for job requirements.Assist with tool pickups and deliveries as needed.Maintain a professional and ethical work ethic, demonstrating honesty and integrity.Communicate and collaborate effectively with customer field representatives to understand their needs and provide solutions.Manage daily operational tasks efficiently and use problem-solving skills to address challenges.Maintain working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office for digital documentation and operations.Support customer field operations through occasional travel to other districts.Required QualificationsDownhole tool experience is essential.Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality work.Available to work weekends and holidays.Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.Forklift training and proficiency with basic hand tools.Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.Willingness to travel to other districts as required.
