Total Compensation: $70,000 - $105,000 annually (hourly + bonus opportunity) About the Role As a Plumbing, Drain & Sewer Installer, you’ll install, maintain, and repair plumbing and sewer systems and fixtures for residential and commercial customers. This hands-on role includes pipe and fixture installation, system inspections, excavation and repair of asphalt and/or concrete work. Ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and delivering high-quality service. What You’ll Do - Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and sewer systems including water, waste, gas, and air lines
- Install fixtures such as toilets, sinks, faucets, water heaters, disposals, and water softeners
- Perform excavation, digging, and concrete/asphalt breaking/patching to access or complete plumbing work
- Conduct drain cleaning, system inspections, and testing to ensure safety and code compliance
- Assist with repairs and other plumbing tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, stocked service vehicle and request needed materials
- Follow all safety standards, plumbing codes, and company procedures
- Complete additional duties as required by the business
What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of experience as a Plumbing Sewer & Drain Installer or similar role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawl spaces, attics, and outdoor
