Job Description

As a Sewer & Drain Installer, you’ll play a critical role in helping homeowners solve some of their biggest plumbing and sewer challenges.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Sewer line replacements
  • Water service replacements
  • Installation of cleanouts
  • Operating and maintaining sewer and excavation equipment
  • Working alongside experienced team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
  • Communicating with customers throughout the project
  • Maintaining a clean, organized truck and job site
  • Completing job documentation and photos using company technology
  • Delivering an exceptional 5-star customer experience

The Big Task:

Learn all facets of supporting and participating in all company processes to provide a 5- star service by positively impacting our community through meaningful experiences in the plumbing, sewer & drain business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts & necessary teams.
  • Keep your company truck clean, inside and out per your supervisors guidance
  • Keep your truck inventory up to date.
  • Properly complete job criteria to open, and close a job or project as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Have and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
  • Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
 

Experience & Professional Traits That Lead to Success:

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Residential sewer and drain experience preferred
  • Excavation experience is a plus
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Desire to learn, grow, and continuously improve
