Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and post-production support. 

• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, project scope, timelines, and deliverables. 

• Coordinate with Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure successful project execution. 

• Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocations, risk tracking, issue management, and budget oversight. 

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. 

• Manage change requests, impact assessments, approvals, and stakeholder communications. 

• Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones. 

• Drive user adoption through training initiatives, change management, and communication efforts. 

• Act as the primary escalation point for project-related issues and ensure timely resolution. 

• Support release management cycles, defect triage, enhancement requests, and post-go-live hypercare. 

• Partner with Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Finance teams to define and improve revenue-related business processes and reporting. 

Requirements 

• 10+ years of project management, product management, or business analysis experience. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Salesforce-focused projects. 

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. 

• Experience working within Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. 

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. 

• Deep understanding of subscription-based business processes, including contract amendments, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, downgrades, add-ons, and co-terming. 

• Experience defining and supporting SaaS business metrics including ARR, MRR, Churn, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Renewal Rates. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Salesforce Administrator certification. 

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification. 

• Salesforce Consultant or related Salesforce credentials. 

• PMP certification. 

• Scrum Master certification. 

• Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts. 

• Exposure to enterprise release management processes and governance frameworks.
