As a Shake Shack Team Member, you will:
Shift: During hours of 10am - 12am | Pay: $18 per hour
- Embody enlightened hospitality by leading interactions with genuine warmth and care toward team members and guests.
- Prepare and assemble food orders according to Shake Shack standards and recipes.
- Operate and maintain all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.
- Master all stations and rotate through them as assigned.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Learn and perform POS functions including redemption of comps and PENN Cash.
- Abide by all state, gaming, and federal liquor regulations.
- Provide responsible alcohol service and apply responsible alcohol certification training.
- Support company values of integrity, inclusivity, and community engagement.
- Maintain a well-groomed, neat and clean appearance.
- Possess resiliency to deal with difficult guests and work harmoniously with coworkers.
- Resolves service problems according to guidelines
- Count money and change correctly
- Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
