Job Description:

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience in managing, configuring, and optimizing SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of SharePoint platforms, while supporting business-critical workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities Manage SharePoint environment setup, configuration, administration, and ongoing maintenance Handle SharePoint migration, deployment, and troubleshooting activities across environments Develop, customize, and maintain SharePoint solutions including workflows, web parts, and integrations Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of SharePoint applications Monitor system health and proactively resolve performance or operational issues Work with Microsoft SQL Server for database management, performance tuning, and reporting support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements into SharePoint solutions Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and system changes

Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator or similar role Strong expertise in SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server / Microsoft 365 Hands-on experience with migration, deployment, and troubleshooting Experience in workflow automation using Power Automate or similar tools Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (database management, queries, performance optimization) Knowledge of SharePoint customization (web parts, integrations, SPFx is a plus) Strong understanding of application performance, monitoring, and availability management Familiarity with Office 365 ecosystem and integrations Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Power Apps and Power Platform Knowledge of Azure AD / security best practices Exposure to CI/CD or DevOps practices Relevant Microsoft certifications (SharePoint / M365)
