Position Description:

Work with architects, domain experts and senior developers to produce and maintain world-class documentation, including: Architecture Patterns, Standards and Best Practices of using Common technologies, Integration Guides, and technology platform documentation.

Build and maintain client aids that go beyond traditional documentation, such as intuitive flow diagrams, technology selection criteria flow, video, user demos, and other educational techniques.

Learn complex concepts, and communicate the information in a way that is engaging and understood by users - mainly code developers and software architects.

Create technology approach and strategy presentations for senior management.

Manage content on Jive, Teams, SharePoint.

Gather customer feedback on documentation to improve usability.

Monitor metrics on the usage of educational materials as well as direct customer feedback to prioritize future investments.
